Mădălin FRUNZETE (research) was born in Fetesti, Romania, on June 10th 1984. He received the Engineer degree in 2008 from University Politehnica of Bucharest, Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology. He received In November 2011 the Ph.D. degree in Electronics and Telecommunications field.  He is Lecturer at Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology (ETTI), Department of Applied Electronics and Information Engineering. He is coordinating students in Medical Engineering (basic electronics) field in the Laboratory of Embedded Systems at University Politehnica of Bucharest. He is collaborating since 2008 with « Ecole National Superieure de l’Electronique et de ses Applications  (ENSEA/ECS-lab) », Paris, France on dynamical systems field. 
His professional path is focused on: chaos-based cryptography, cryptography and data assimilation, dynamical systems (statistical analysis, observability, singularity), information theory, embedded systems.
